  I was managing the maintenance of the Actuarial reporting tool which is coded in C# and RAFM. I was the business analyst who translates what actuarial reporting needs into technical specifications the programmers can follow. I put in place the process to implement and test changes, including templates for testing and documentation. I implemented the integration and release to production process. I personally manage all releases and all the model documentation.
