We will definitely choose Conrad on our next trip (if there is one avail) and most definitely lodge at the Conrad Dubai again in the future. And hopefully we will get to see Sohn. Manoj and Barberina again. Thank you all! Show less

Trip advisor comment 001Linda30 (http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/members/001Linda30) Jan 2015 I began communicating with Conrad concierge three months before we arrived because I wanted to ensure we book all the excursions in good time, being the festive season and all. We stayed between 30 December 2014 and 2 January 2015. From the email comms to meeting them in person, Ayuni, Barbarina and Harold from Concierge were extremely hospitable and accommodated all our chopping and changing plans. We checked in at the executive lounge on the 24th floor and while we had to wait a while (each guest is given ample one-on-one time), we were served drinks and assisted swiftly thereafter. Our room on the 30th floor was perfect - spacious, clean and well appointed. Especially enjoyed the bathroom. Show less

Trip Advisor Comment traggs (http://www.tripadvisor.in/members/traggs) Jun 2013 I am a member of their Ambassador Club, US$100 per year and you get a free night on the weekend if they're not busy etc. A seasoned traveller will know the drill. But anyway they will also give you late checkout and a free upgrade if possible. Let me tell you the US$100 paid off on our recent trip. We arrived from a 14 hour flight and were welcomed by a trainee, Barbarina. For a front of house person she was brilliant, for a trainee, she was out of this world. We arrived at 06.30 fully expcting and also suggesting that we would leave our bags and go exploring Dubai, she dissapeared behind the secret doorway returning to tell me that the upgraded room ws not ready but they have upgraded us even further to a suite. She reiterated that this was not the norm and it was certainly an exception, she also did this in the most professional manner.Manager of Dubai Intercon, look after this young lady as well as you look after me! Trip Advisor Comment merlin81260 (http://www.tripadvisor.com/members/merlin81260) May 2013 I stayed here for just one night during a two day course so did not get to benefit from all the facilities. However, I found everyone to be friendly and helpful (e.g. Barbarina on reception going the extra mile to find my Priority Club membership number in the system). The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view over the creek and pool area. If I were to pick a highlight, it would be the breakfast in 'Anise', which was amazing and catered for almost every imaginable taste.
