  As Vice-Chair of Marketing & Communication, for the HealthyMinds ERG, I work with a close team of 6 other Vice Chairs who promote and encourage employees across the firm to build stock towards having a healthy mind while at work. Specifically, I design and create the marketing materials and develop the strategies for our team's events and huddles. Key Events would include: - HealthyMinds 10/10 for 10: a informal mental break for an hour, where participants can attend at their leisure, and every 10 mins a new set of question would be asked. - Coping with Grief among the holidays: Coordinated with Senior Leaders and the presenter which focuses about remembering loved ones, as part of the Día de los Muertos Virtual Ofrenda event at EAB. Each account varied in degree of difficulty.
