  • Ensure that all contract management reporting is produced in a timely and accurate manner to customer agreed timetables in agreed format• To produce weekly management information, and monthly packs, relating to separate site contracts• Process internal cross charges and Clipper trial balances• Providing and interpreting financial information relative to separate contracts• To monitor cost flows and to identify future trends• Evaluating ways to cut costs and present viable options to the Finance Manager/ GM• To manage budgets and provide accurate information and costing, providing a detailed variance analysis breakdown against Budget/Forecast.• Ensuring that all purchase orders and supplier invoices are logged and processed• To undertake all other tasks as reasonably requested by the Finance Manager & Site Manager• Customer KPI reports are completed accurately and timely• Customer meetings regarding financial analysis and budgets• Active contribution to customer relationship through weekly and ad hoc review meetings• Ensure Clipper weekly, monthly, and annual management reporting is produced in a timely and accurate manner with variance analysis provided as required Show less
