  1) Analyze Scope of Work in Invitation To Bid documents in order to prepare total estimate project cost & manpower requirement for management review for tender bid document preparation.2) Prepare work pack or method statement, project execution plan, manpower matrix, project quality plan, operating procedure & job risk assessment for review during the bidding stage & for approval before project execution. 3) Searching, analyzing & procure all consumables, rental equipment related to the project technical requirement within project cost budget.4)Responsible to control and monitor total project expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from independent manpower, suppliers and subcontractor. 5)Coordinate the delivery of assets, material, consumables & rental equipment from company yard to client's logistic hub (onshore supply base). Ensure that the assets & rental equipment arrive on-time in safe conditions and comply with offshore lifting & slinging requirement6)Identify risk, work access, obstacle area related to execution for job risk assessment preparation. Explain the approved risk assessment to team during tool box talk during project execution.7)Leads and supervise the project team with authority & responsibility from the management to run the project on day-to-day basis.8)Monitor overall progress & use of resources, initiating correction action on technical aspect where necessary.9)Keep an eye on all relevant health and safety objectives and requirement during project execution, maintenance and service activities.10)Adopting and applying appropriate technical & quality strategies & standards.11)Perform project costing related reporting to management’s review on a weekly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.12)Managing project administration & project reporting on day-to-day and weekly basis. 13)Prepare close out report for project final acceptance & completions.
