  *Review the project scope of work, to determine the nature, extent, and frequency of quality verification activities commencement of work activities.*Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project specifications.*Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality-related issues.*Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper execution of quality control measures during fabrication and installation processes.*Prepare / Review and approve inspection and test plans, ensuring they meet project requirements.*Ensure stage-wise inspections are carried out as required and related reports are generated.*Provide training and guidance to QA/QC staff and other personnel on quality standards and best practices.*Maintain accurate documentation of all QA/QC activities, including test results and inspection reports.*Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns and promote continuous improvement.*Pre-Inspection Meetings to ensure that the quality requirements and expectations are fully understood and implemented prior to it.*Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests, and record inspections and tests made pas the *Lead the NCR management process for identified non-conformances –Including NCR/CAR issue, disposition approval and closeout.*Preparation of QAQC monthly report.*To coordinate with clients to undertake Procedure Qualification Tests (PQT) and inspections of prepared test specimens also witness of destructive tests of it.*Qualify the Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).*Conduct welder qualifications in accordance with the applicable code, specifications, and standards. *Qualify PQR and qualify WPS*Intemperate RT & X-ray film as per relevant code.*Review of other NDT Reports.*Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
