I led the mould manufacturing unit and was responsible for core cavity machining, mould base manufacturing activities, ensuring on-time program generation in the Cam department, overseeing electrode machining for EDM, controlling departmental activities, handling manpower across all three shifts, planning mould manufacturing timelines, engaging in discussions with customers for on-time delivery, and overseeing maintenance to ensure machine conditions. At Karthigeya Moulds and Dies, we manufactured moulds ranging from 450T to 1500T, including lighting moulds, interior components, pumper moulds, steering components, and door trim parts for four-wheelers.
