      Working for Georges Perrier of Philadelphia's four and five-star French restaurants were two the highlights of my career thusfar. My knowledge concerning fine dining, sales, and guest satisfaction were honed under the tutelage of Perrier. I left Brasserie Perrier, and then returned to work with Perrier at Table 31 in the Comcast Center in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
