  - Created a machine learning model that detects presence of pneumonia on images of chest X-Ray and then trained this model to be resilient to adversarial attacks on the entire dataset.- Used deep learning concepts to build a robust CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)-based image classifier using transfer learning techniques. Used Resnet50 and Densenet architecture to build the CNN model.- Performed multiple adversarial attacks on the datasets using FGSM, Random noise perturbation, HopSkipJump and Label Manipulation.- Used defensive techniques like spatial smoothing, detectors and adversarial training to effectively train the model to protect itself against adversarial attacks.
