  I have played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining critical Contact Center Services, which are REST applications primarily used for batch processing and persisting speech transcription data utilizing the Nuance Engine integrated with Elastic Search. This transition not only optimized data storage but also significantly reduced data generation by 50% by addressing wrong transcriptions and implementing effective data filtering mechanisms. My expertise in Java, Spring framework, and Elastic Search contributed to achieving these enhancements.Furthermore, I have successfully delivered Attendance Micro Services tailored for over 5000 Contact Center agents, which have been instrumental in calculating and processing infractions. These services are extensively utilized by over 400 Supervisors and 120 Managers, contributing to streamlined operations and improved efficiency. Leveraging Java, SpringJPA, Spring Kafka, and PostgreSQL, I ensured the seamless integration and functionality of these services.Additionally, I spearheaded the integration of Workday data streams using SpringJPA, optimizing data storage on our on-premises server in an open-source PostgreSQL database. This strategic transition not only resulted in an 80% reduction in costs by eliminating third-party licensing but also provided greater control over data and enhanced maintenance capabilities.Moreover, I led the development and deployment of components for a Customer Survey Portal, leveraging technologies such as React, Redux, Spring, MinIO, OpenId-PKCE, and GraphQL.
