  I was originally employed to open the Epsom branch, fully recruiting the entire team and setting up both shop floor and stock room. After running Epsom for 6 months I successfully applied to move to the Bromley store, a larger turnover and higher profile store. I was fully responsible for all day to day running, and was able to make considerable improvements in KPI performance in my time there.
