   Manage a team of 55 QA/QC Engineers & Inspectors of different JV Partners. Manage all QA/ QC activities of the complete project including Site installation inspection, Material Inspection etc. Preparations and Implementation of Site Installation through WIR Tracker and follow up with Construction to achieve the project schedule. Ensure that all the work carried out in compliance with contract requirement and Specification. Responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System. Preparation & Review of Project Quality Plan, Inspection test plan, Method statement etc. Represent company in meetings with Client and Contractors. Co-ordination for Factory Assessments, Material inspection and Tests at vendor places locally and internationally with Client and 3rd Party (Whenever required). Welder Training Certification in Co-ordination with Third party (ASNT Level-2 Inspector). Conducting Quality Audit for ISO 9000 System (Approved Quality Auditor from Quality management international, London).
