      As the Manager of Programs, I am responsible for working directly with the Sunshine Dreamers, families, stakeholders, vendors and members of the health care community.Main areas of responsibility include: Management and execution of the Individual Dreams Program. These experiences are dreamed by the Sunshine Dreamer and brought to life by the Programs team. All requests are as unique as the individuals who dream them and can include meeting a celebrity who has inspired and motivated the dreamer, adapted bikes that allow independence and freedom, family vacations to reconnect and make new memories, or a Disney Cruise with Mickey Mouse where he will let you steer the ship. We take the dreams from fantasy to reality and ensure they have an incredible time. Management and execution of the DreamLift Program. The Sunshine DreamLift is a whirlwind adventure that transports a plane full of children who have a severe physical disability or life threatening illness to a Disney theme park and back home all in one day without their parents! The children are accompanied by healthcare professionals from the community who support their medical needs for the day. A Sunshine DreamLift takes a year to plan, and the Programs team works with families, members of the health care community, emergency response teams, vendors, members of the aviation industry and US partners to ensure every detail is in place for an incredible experience for all involved. Sunshine DreamLifts offer an unforgettable experience that provides the opportunity for a taste of independence, confidence, and a glimpse into the world of possibility. Directly report to the CEO of The Sunshine Foundation and coordinate and execute all aspects of managing a successful department including financials, reports, presentations, external meetings, hiring and training, assisting with Board and Committee requests, support for other departments as needed.
