      I joined Littlethorpe Ground Maintenance (East Midlands depot of Envirocare) in 2014 as Contracts & Development Manager, the role was created to focus on the growth of the business and managing new and existing contracts. Having previously worked at Interoute as a Sales Account Manager and making over £1.5million in sales there, I was the right person to guide Littlethorpe Ground Maintenance forward. In my 3 year period I saw the growth of turnover from £25k to £180k, growing the customer base from 15 customers to 50 customers working across close to 100 sites in the East Midlands. On the contracts side I was to manage the maintenance teams to ensure the service that I had discussed with the client, was being delivered and maintain the client relationship to ensure we received a high number of contract renewals.
