  Responsible for the operations and maintenance of all ELV SYSTEM which includes Building Management System (BMS), Security Access Control, Master Clock, Public Address, Audio Video, GRMS, KMS, DTAS, IPTV, Digital Signage, Nurse Call System, Light Control System etc. 1.OPERATIONALEnsure all the system works are in normal condition with proper monitoring of assigned technician in different shift. For the daily activity that involves monitoring and control of equipment the BMS (Building management system) are the one who monitor the flow of operation through workstation that was in command center. Those chiller, cooling tower, AHU etc. are commonly control and monitor by BMS. Checking of fire alarm control panel ` if there is a number of trouble that comes through false alarm or unintended to activate the manual pull station we make sure to rectified immediately to our corrective maintenance team by attending the area where in detectors were activated and reset to the FACP panel to ensure that this is only false alarm. 2.PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCEEnsure that the preventive maintenance work orders are strictly followed according to schedulesWe have a system for preventive maintenance plans of our electrical & ELV equipment. It is a 52 weeks computer-generated system and the work orders are released weekly, monthly, quarterly, Semi-annually, and yearly depending on the electrical assets.
