  I started with the company when I was 16 years old as a Customer Service Representative. Some of the things I did as a CSR is working Alone check ins for operators out in the oilfield, people doing home visits on behalf of different community services, journey management check ins (people traveling on the roads, ensuring they always make it home safely), oilfield facility alarm monitoring, after hours reception for forwarded office lines, GPS monitoring and 2-way radio communications just to name a few.I started in my Sales and Client Relations role in July of 2013, and I have been loving it ever since. I get to meet potential clients, figure out how to best suit their needs, and develop a strategy to accomplish that. I believe that I provide value to my clients businesses by providing a service with real people on the other end that care about the person they are talking to, even if they may not know them personally.
