Chief architect of the India OPG SEI-CMM Level 3 certification. - Took initiative in handling responsibility of Software Quality Assurance. Set up the entire system for software development. Periodic assessments of the entire system. Provide guidance to the software community on process improvements and software issues. Plan and coordinate internal assessments including SEI-CMM assessments. Consolidate software metrics, analyze them and present to management. Co-ordinate organizational level meetings among the various software process groups. Direct reporting into the Steering Committee on the process improvement activities.
