  Acting as a Safety Development Analyst, member of the Prevention Promotion subgroup at Embraer Air Safety, most of my duties were related to the creation and promotion of customized prevention tools, trainings and others in order to help Operators address their Operational and Human Factors related issues, amongst three main markets: Commercial, Defense and Executive Aviation. Such activities would also include promoting Air Safety Prevention within Embraer plants, one of which the creation, validation and application of Embraer’s Corporate Resource Management. Attendance to various Industry Safety initiatives through ICAO, IATA, Eurocontrol, ANAC etc, all related to Operational and Human factors in Product Development as well as to Flight Operations.Atuei como Analista de Desenvolvimento de Produto, membro da Coordenadoria de Prevenção da Segurança de Voo Embraer. Atuei em diversas frentes, em especial criando, divulgando e implementando ferramentas de prevenção customizadas, incluindo treinamentos diversos em Fatores Humanos e Fatores Operacionais direcionados ao público interno e também para os operadores Embraer em seus três mercados de atuação: Executiva, Comercial e Defesa.
