  Highlights of my key achievements are as below:- Improved overall order processes by interfacing closely with team members and end users, thus creating a menu option allowing an end user to perform the functions of 8 -12 separate options.- Secured significant savings in time and efforts by collaborating with end users to design and build a new Return Authorization System that reduced user time from multiple days to a few seconds. The system assigned return codes at the item level/ entire order/entire drop/entire trip, as needed.- Designed an Inquiry screen for the Return Authorization System that made static searches based on default settings and end user input. Search results were compiled and sorted using SQL.- Ensured continuity of business operations by participating in an on-call support capacity during business and not-business hours.- Developed a useful manual by recording and documenting standard error responses.- Minimized or eliminated errors by automating multiple nightly processes and enabling the flow of over 60% of orders without human intervention until the point of being loaded on the truck for delivery.- Improved speed, efficiency, and several thousand work hours yearly by creating auto posting and auto maintenance of orders, automating pieces of trip creation process allowing orders to flow through the system without human intervention until loading on the truck for delivery.- Facilitated savings of over thousands of work hours yearly by developing and maintaining software interfacing between the AS400 and 3rd party packages such as HighJump, Descartes, Rimms, Blue Jay for routing trucks and scheduling trips. - Supported the growth of business in international locations (China and Vietnam) by coordinating with team members and end users to replicate existing applications for business operations there.
