Provided support and training for all hospital physicians using CPOE. Assisted with troubleshooting system performance issues and provided system enhancement request in coordination with Shriners Headquarters. Chair of Performance workgroup consisting of six Clinical Analysts. Committee developed guidelines to assist in enhancing system performance following a system downtime.
