  In addition, I coached four players to seven high school State Singles Championships in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as coached 3.0 Adult Senior National Championship team in 2010.

  Perhaps my biggest achievement with Chestnut Forks is the development and rollout of our Fireball program, designed for adult beginners. Within the first year, we had enrolled more than 150 participants with a 25% membership conversion rate. It is a challenge to engage this demographic, so I established a payment structure that allowed for free lessons, followed by discount tiers, before asking for full membership dues. This allowed players to develop their skills and passion for the sport without feeling obligated to continue, thereby removing a key barrier to retention. As General Manager, I oversee vendor relations, marketing, facility maintenance, and strategic planning. I also lead our tennis programs as the Director of Tennis, generating $700K in annual gross revenue from these programs alone. I am also a coach, teaching 45 hours weekly, and five of my USTA teams made it to national championships in 2014. In 2013, I was named of the top three teaching professionals by Virginia Living Magazine.
