Managed $750,000 annual budget. Led and project managed the move of a $15 million/year product line from Massachusetts to Arkansas in less than four months while staying within budget, on schedule, and with no safety incidents. Led 35+ person team responsible for purchasing, planning, and warehousing for a 400+ person manufacturing facility. Responsible for controlling cost and inventory levels. Reduced direct material costs by more than $4 million year-over-year, and reduced inventory by $8.5 million in 2015.
