  Manage the daily operations of a 25 member staff tasked with maintaining over 750 Navy Reserve Personnel.-Managed medical readiness, travel claims, administration of training and facilities funds.-Managed staffing, including performance evaluations, training and morale. -C-12 King Air Pilot in Command providing air taxi East of the Mississippi. -Deployed to Afghanistan for 7 months where I was the Operations Officer of JTF Paladin, tasked with countering Improvised Explosive Devices (IED's). Developed protocols for EA6B airborne jamming and defeat of Dual-Tone Modular Frequency (DTMF) triggered IEDs.-Instructed at the US Naval Academy as an Adjunct Professor in the Weapons & Systems Department. Taught 3 sections of Control Systems engineering. I was responsible for piloting and managing the DC-9 "Skytrain" on global US Navy logistics support missions.-Squadron Safety Officer, I earned the coveted Safety "S" for the squadron.-Planned and executed two around-the-world missions, including the transport of "Blink-182" from Heathrow to Bahrain. This was a non-flying job where I was responsible for maintaining the readiness of all aviation equipment and personnel of a 5 ship squadron. I also coordinated ships and helicopters so that both the ships and the helicopter crews received necessary training.Deployed on USS Rushmore for CARAT. I first flew the SH-3 "Sea King" and then transitioned the squadron to SH-60 "Sea Hawk". I provided rescue helicopter services to aircraft carriers.
