  Serving as the Region 3 Chapter Consultant which includes eight collegiate chapters from IA, MO, NE, ND, SD within the United States. The Sigma Alpha Chapter Consultant program exists to:• Offer consistent and timely delivery of Sorority services, resources and communications.• Provide a consistent and timely review and evaluation of chapter activities for compliance with the Sorority’s mission, objective and policies.• Support, mentor and guide collegiate chapter officers in the performance of their duties. Show less As Secretary, I improved communications among the Chapter and the supportive Agriculture Organizations as well as Public Relations. I independently developed and implemented an ongoing project called 'Member Resources' providing one-page information sheets on how the Chapter functions and accurate rosters for Chapter Positions.
