      I was responsible for the running of a large subsidiary of the Your Housing - both operationally and from a Governance perspective.Responsibilities covered the management of over 8000 units across 15 local authorities. It included a number of complex schemes and demanding stock profiles. I was responsible for over 100 staff. I have been personally, and as part of the management team, responsible for mapping out and delivering organisational change both my time at Grosvenor Housing Association and Arena Housing Association. Innovation has been a key during these periods and in ensuring successful operational implementation. My role has included numerous project based tasks designed to improve the quality of the service and also increase efficiency. I have initiated and overseen two major restructures within estate management services both of which have improved performance. I have led across the Group on a number of other projects designed to improve performance, improve quality or reduce costs. Show less
