3D printing of hybrid and solid rocket fuel grains in unique geometrical structures as well as test data systems configurations. More recently I have began work to improve the quality control, reliability and accuracy of SLS Metal 3D printers. This research is conducted under the advisement of Dr. James Brenner of Materials Science and Dr. Kirk of the Aerospace Department. I worked with designing, developing and manufacturing a 3D printer for Human Tissue. This research is being used to further the advancements of reproducing living human tissues and organs.

      Intern

Served as a mechanical engineer intern that contributed to the manufacturing floor and its product: Oil Rig Life Support Umbilicals. My work involved collaboration with professional engineers to produce efficient and robust manufacturing processes. My major projects involved the improvement of a rolled steel tube cooling station by redesigning the water cooling process and instruments as well as revitalizing a rotating armor wire coating assembly line by replacing out date gearbox and encoder systems. A smaller task I took on my own was to improve Quality control by removing pinch points in the product transportation. عرض أقل

      CEO

      • CEO/ Chief Mechanical Engineer of a non-profit prosthetics company that began out of a senior design project. Our senior design team beat out dozens of universities in a market research and preliminary development phase competition and won a $10k grant from the KEEN/Empwr foundation. We went on to win the Northrop Grumman Senior Design show case, best multidisciplinary team, and best in biomedical technology. My team lead responsibilities involved conducting routine meetings with teammates, faculty advisors and investors, delegating weekly tasks to the various disciplines (BME, CS, MAE) and strategic marketing. My engineering role involved CAD modeling, circuitry development, coding and additive manufacturing. The most valuable exercise was learning a million ways to fail at being a leader and in return the appropriate characteristics to promote synergy and success. After graduation, the project progressed into a non-profit organization to rebuild the prosthetic from the ground up and reach third world countries. In an effort to reach 3rd world countries we visited various Pacific-Asia countries to meet with amputees and work to develop solutions for their prosthetic needs.oject. عرض أقل
