Co-managed the successful migration of accounting operations of REED Elsevier Philippines from Oracle to NetSuite:>Understands the business operation>Identify key requirements and provide timelines>Monitor timelines and communicate any issues or concerns>Create accounting process flows and communicate the same to the client for verification and approval.3. Manages the finance and accounting operations of Alternergy and Palawan Sulu Sea Gas Inc. which involve in Energy exploration activities and the database management operations of Syngenta Philippines which involves in agri-business.>Monitors the daily, weekly and monthly activities by maintaining a calendar of activities and ensures that all tasks will be delivered on or before the target deadlines.>Review financial statements and provide analysis.>Review all monthly, quarterly and annual BIR returns and ensure that amounts reflected in the returns are complete and correct.4. Assists in the annual and quarterly financial statement consolidation of companies under LT Group Inc.
