      Be responsible to lead a team of 3 members in delivering two consultancies for the “Agriculture Pilot Project that Respond to Climate Change in Svay Rieng province”. One was to review the mid-term project impact and feasibility of up-scaling the project intervention in December 2012. Another was to assess the end-project impact. The project interventions were a wind-pump to increase rice production and tarpaulin-lining pond for increased water availability for vegetable production. Two in-depth analysis reports were produced based data collected from the field activities. Recommendations on how to scale-up the pilot interventions were provided. Show less
