      As a Gas Supervisor i supervised field personnel (weekly and contractor employees) and ensured standard operating procedures were followed. Coordinated installation of shut off devices in Brooklyn and Queens as per FDNY guidelines on Tier 1 houses. Contacted customers to make appointments for access into their houses and collaborated with customer service department to ensure that all premises had their gas restored, and appliances relit to ensure customer satisfaction.Supervised and coordinated response to Type 1 Leaks, resulting in safe and timely repairs to the gas distribution system. Developed work packages with clearly defined objectives. Planned, assigned, managed and supervised routine work to field crews. Implemented the new Resource Planning Model which included managing and scheduling routine and emergency work for Newtown and Redhook area.Assisted in the implementation of new technologies such as Keyhole and supervised weekly employee crews and assigned work load for the Keyhole Project.       As a Project Manager i engineered and managed main relocation of 2 miles leak prone pile on locations that were about to be resurfaced in Queens during 2009, and 2010. I managed various Integrity and Reinforcement Projects , which were completed 10% below the projected budget estimate.       Responsible for 13-member team who manages training and operator qualification compliance for ConEdison and Contractor forces and have been a Core Team member of ConEdison OQ Team since 2015. Completed reviews of all the training and operator qualifications programs that Gas Operations and Construction Management Contractors give to their employees. Developed a review process to evaluate existing contractor programs to ensure compliance and created a formal contractor training review process with different levels of approval. Established a new tracking method (scorecard) for specification bundle training, core training as well as operator qualifications for all contractors and worked with Gas Ops and CM to ensure we follow the same process and track everything in ITS. Created a formal on boarding process for all requirements for new contractors or new members to contractor companies and incorporated all contractor training in ITS. Performed an extensive analysis to all specialty contractors on their training and OQ plans and created an onboarding procedure for them that will be utilized by Purchasing. Performed review of 3rd party OQ plans such as for KOPPL Pipeline Services, TDW, NG Advantage, and ZEVAC. Created Contractor Portal GASOPSIQ that will integrate with Gas Central Work Management System that will allow OQ validation, Span of control documentation as well as Material Traceability data in preparation of the NY OQ Rule pending to be implemented April 2023. Edited leader guides of all Practical Evaluators and submitted best practices to ITS that are available to the evaluators while they conduct an evaluation. Created and modified existing Coned Exams and Evaluations due to specification changes and cloned Coned Specific Written Exams and created a bank of AOCs for all Practical Evaluations. Explored how to incorporate critical questions in Coned Series WEs and started a beta testing for feasibility, as dictated by PSC White paper. Worked with ITS Psychometrician to put a plan in place for an Effectiveness review of Coned Series and submitted domains and elements for all new covered tasks to ITS so we can run Item Analysis report and measure the effectiveness of these new covered tasks. Led weekly project development calls with ITS on various enhancements and created API data feeds for ITS data validation on real time to be utilized in Gas Central. Utilized ITS Assure App to perform and document Contractor Audits and assisted TLC with audits on all TLC Evaluators. Composed all OQ and Training Updates to inform all gas groups of upcoming change by following Management of change process. Created Master OQ and Training Processes to ensure all the new processes are available and have been memorialized. Assisted in OQ review for Mutual Aid - Boston by providing in advance lists of employees that are qualified as per NGA instructions. Created approval process of OQ Plans for Mutual Aid in the event of an incident and reviewed three companies and accepted their plans for Mutual Aid – O&R, NiSource, and Nat. Grid. Successfully project managed Annual PE Joining Testing for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and completed a month in advance. Adopted a new testing flow and requested all ASTAR evaluators input their testing results while on site to allow for any corrections to be made instantaneously in the event of an input error. Effectively planned 4 projects for the Water Tunnel Project that contributed to the replacement of approximately 2,000ft of leak prone pipe. Efficiently planned PI gas main layouts that were supported by CM and contribute to the replacement of approximately 8,600ft of leak prone pipe. Developed bi-weekly schedule for the Times Square project. Created bid packages for oil to gas main projects, selected appropriate items, layouts, specs and quantities. Prepared special specifications and documents to be included in the bid packages. Organized pre-bid and award meetings to discuss the details and the contents of the bid packages with perspective contractors, Energy Services and Purchasing. Organized for the Electric and Gas group the presence of Pedestrian Managers and NYPD TEA’s onsite each time the contractor worked extended hours on the Times Square Project. Worked with CM and Government Liaison group to schedule field meetings with DOT for every layout South of Canal St. to acquire favorable stipulations. Planned 128 remote Steam monitoring layouts, including 9 high priority locations which contributed in meeting the 2012 KPI goal of 160 activations for steam.
