  Theme: Innovation in Crisis | The aim of this Design Research project was to identify the influence of the needs and lifestyles, of human beings, over the innovations in the Food and Beverages industry during and post Covid-19 crisis. I studied the patterns, trends and future perspectives of the food and beverages industry using the ZMET (Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique) research method.

  User Experience Design Intern

  I worked with Fractal ink Design Studio as part of my thesis/capstone project. The brief of the project was to transform an Employee-HR Portal for one of India's leading banks and its subsidiaries, to aid the internal functioning and the backend operations within the bank by providing a seamless Employee Experience (EE) and helping them stay engaged and be collaborative through this portal. I worked on 10+ modules as part of the project. I was associated with the User Experience Design of the portal and my role involved creation of task flows and user flows; ideation and brainstorming; developing the Information Architecture; and wireframing.As a requirement of the thesis/capstone, I also conducted secondary research; created a new visual design and style guide; and charted out the interaction model, value proposition and future scope of the project, which helped me deliver better designs and solutions to the client as well.
