      In 2018 I took on the role of kitchen porter at an award-winning gastropub, The Tap, and Run. I assisted with day-to-day tasks to help keep the kitchen and the pub running. I maintained high standards throughout my time at The Tap and Run contributing to the brilliant reputation of the pub. Towards the second half of my year at The Tap and Run, I worked front of the house serving hundreds of customers each night.
