Additionally assisted in payroll configuration.State and Local Government Cost Allocation Plans and Systems Reviews•Served as the lead staff for a State Department’s assessment on cost allocation processes and systems used to report program revenues and expenditures. Provided recommendations to enhance revenue and expenditure reporting, processes, and personal activity reporting. • Served governmental agencies and provided an OMB Circular A-87/Full Cost Allocation Plans. Tasks included determining the allocation of indirect costs and providing suggestions to maximize recovery.Operational Planning• Assisted in the development of a Tribal comprehensive operational plan. Developed an assessment of the current state, defining long term visions and developing a roadmap.Peer Agency Reviews•Assisted in the development of a peer review and benchmark plans. This involved identifying peers and weighting performance/service costs against similar agencies. Developed service footprints, cost of service estimates, provided performance improvement opportunities related to cost recovery, organizational structure and work efficiency.Audits•Performed audits of eligible professionals who received meaningful use payments through the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program. •Performed audits of entities awarded grants under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
