Responsible for the Test Cell facility ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company regulations and policies.Liaise with customers and provide assistance on all test associated queries, drive performance, enhance teaming, apply 5s principles on the shop floor. Maintain the highest of standards in regards to Quality and EHS. Overall responsibility on the 3rd shift for production and production associated issues, supporting all production lines (GE90, GP7200, CFM56 & RB211)ensuring adherence to Quality and EHS, resolve SAP problems, liaise with the HR department regarding pay related concerns, pensions etc. Leading five shared resources teams, utilised by all product lines, to meet operational and business targets. Ensuring adherence to Quality and EHS, internal / external regulations and policies. Two weekends every month, overall responsible for the factory, provide full coverage across all product lines and satisfy production needs. Worked on the Ge90 product on the Gate 1 process, providing support to the shop floor engineers, assisted on EHS and Quality projects. Worked closely with engineers and other departments in order to resolve any issues promptly in order to assist production.
