  As a Transformation Lead, Matt has been responsible for improving day to day processes and systems used within the Bids and Change Team. In addition, Matt Project Managed an e-forms project to implement a new user friendly front end for the customer when requesting Change Requests. He also designed and implemented a new Change Management Database (BDMIS) in Microsoft Access to replace the existing Excel based system which was no longer fit for purpose. Saving the contract an estimated £500,000 over the life of the contract. During his last 6 months on the account Matt took on responsibility for managing the Bids and Change Team through ISO 9001 certification.   Working on the NHS Spine Programme. Matt was responsible for managing an offshore 3rd Party Supplier in the delivery of a £1 million software application to the NHS. This included responsibility for capturing the requirements of the end user, managing the design and development of the application with the 3rd party supplier through to final successful Go-live with the end customer. Matt was involved in numerous projects including the delivery of the new Innovation Centre in Rotherham which involved working within a team to ensure the showcase was ready for the official launched. He has presented back to key Senior Managers on the account in respect to the viability of propositions and led on a Third Party Bid for a VoIP implementation to a local colleage for Arts.
