      Serving in the rank of US Army Captain, planned a Brigade-wide training exercise with over 900 personnel comprised of 17 units, spread throughout three different locations throughout Southeast Region, which included over 15 separate convoys, multiple communication requirements, and over 75 separate line items of supply with no safety incidents or losses. Managed all Training requirements for over 2000 personnel assigned to the Brigade, spread throughout 17 units and five states. Visited over nine units and provided hands-on mentorship and guidance focusing on process improvement and team cohesiveness. Managed operations for the Headquarters with a budget exceeding $8MIL, handled over 6500 requests for orders and 4000 separate defense travel actions, which moved the Brigade from last in the Division to 1st place for budget execution. Show less Serving as US Army Captain, deployed 200 personnel and $8MIL worth of equipment to Eastern Europe within six months of assuming command. Prepared equipment after Eastern Europe for a deployment into CENTCOM, where all of the unit's equipment was tasked to deploy with short notice, valued at $10MIL with only four months to prepare. Balanced COVID requirements while preparing 257 to deploy into CENTCOM in a restricted environment; the direct result was 100% validation of the Division Headquarters. Maintained a high level of readiness throughout Command Tenure while serving as Company Commander of a General Officer Headquarters. Show less Serving as US Army Captain, planned and executed a culminating training event for 800 personnel that included personnel line haul movements, forecasting of ammunition requirements, rations, fuel, and maintenance recovery operations—led all Logistics Operations supporting over 2500 personnel. With rations, fuel, and over 75 line haul missions, with limited planning time and a degraded Staff. Advised five Foreign Senior Leaders on logistics operations and supply chain management, which enabled them to manage on-hand line items as well as the readiness of their equipment. Established initiatives by balancing customer requests to meet the availability of on-hand quantities for repair parts, which helped not to delay customer wait times. The proposed procurement of shop machinery that was later approved improved repair times by over 50%. Show less Serving as US Army Lieutenant, managed the readiness, training, and morale of 164 personnel. Responsible for over $31M of equipment and maintained accountability with 0 losses. Anticipated life support and logistical requirements to sustain 5000 Personnel during a training exercise and was recognized as a stand-out leader by the Commanding General. The refined training plan allowed for using on-hand equipment, saving the Company more than 1.5 million dollars of training resources. Supported warehouse operations for Defense Logistics Agency Warner Robbins, which resulted in all reported metrics shifting from red to green in less than two week Show less Serving as Cadet and US Army Lieutenant, supervised shipping and receiving, and managed 38 contractors to support 96 customers. Managed the distribution of $9M worth of fuel, water, and rations. Ensured execution of sustainability planning, maintenance, and logistics support; anticipated requirements and developed a plan to deliver future needs. Increased safety awareness through appropriate promotional methods and channels of communication. Provided logistical support to 4,000 personnel assigned to 11 companies spread across five different states. Evaluated as top 3% of leaders within the Company consistently on numerous evaluations.
