  I was tasked with completing any marketing roles, particularly in copywriting, content creation, and idea generation, that were given to me by my supervisors.I usually handled the written portion of any marketing tasks, with most of the visual creations being done by my colleague and fellow intern. This usually came with writing captions for social media posts, where I had to think of ways to verbally communicate with our customers with events, new drinks, or lifestyle posts in ways that engaged with them well and within the brand’s image and style.Additionally, I was tasked with writing up Chaffic’s monthly newsletter, where I had to write up articles explaining recent news or recapping any events that had occurred at Chaffic.I also worked on writing branch briefs, which were sets of instructions for how to market, describe, and make any new limited drinks that were usually sent to applicable Chaffic branches.
