  As General Manager of the Chicago Office for the recognized leader in Workforce Development Training in Northern Illinois, I am a career coach, motivational speaker; facilitator and Professional Resume Writer with over 20 years of Marketing and Management experience. Responsible for increasing monthly revenue 64% through training, team building and motivation, uncovering opportunities and increasing company visibility through relationship building. Customer satisfaction has increased with less than $5000 in refunds over the last 10 years since I have been responsible for the general operation of the facility.I have assisted hundreds of individuals per year with career planning and utilizing training to help increase marketability and exposure to potential employers. Successfully assisted or lead various projects including sales policy, sales training, facility utilization, customer service and staff reviews. Currently I am writing a book on salesmanship and motivation as well as conducting workshops specifically for the mature and long term unemployed.
