  Duties and Responsibility:  Closely work with implementing partners as applicable and ensure the project is implemented according to the approved donor and government agreements. Closely work with the project manager and MEAL coordinator and ensure that the MEAL system is in place. Participate in the joint and detailed annual project work plan preparation and ensure that it is used by the project team to monitor project progress towards completion. Be fully aware of the grant compliance regulations for EC. as field level sub- budget holder for this project, the post holder will be responsible for the preparation and revision of a realistic budget for field level inputs and activities; authorizing and monitoring expenditure in line with the budget and donor guidelines; and SC grant management and financial guidelines. In consultation with the project manager and the SRH senior project manager, Highlight and prepare documentation for any project modifications, amendments or extensions which require donor and/ or Government consent and approval. Directly lead, manage and motivate the positions under direct line management and liaise with implementing partner’s staff at filed level.
