  Short explanation of role: in this role I was the contact for Dutch and foreign based leaders, employees and HR colleagues based across the globe. I worked very closely with HR colleagues based abroad with regards to Salary & Benefits, Compliance and different Training Interventions. With our HR team we rotated on a regular base, which meant that our internal business units where serviced by different HR individuals. From 2008 till 2011 I also serviced a number of Business Units based in Belgium. On average I spent once a week in Brussels to answer questions from local leaders and employees.From 2011 I was a member of the HR Benelux Team and in that capacity co-responsible for the whole Business Travel Unit in both countries. My focus was on The Netherlands, but often assisted in Belgium as well. Show less
