  Mechanical Design Engineer

  • NilePreneurs Innovate is one of main pillar of NilePreneurs which is consist of NP Design House, NP Center of Die Design (COD2E) and NP Micro Factory that has been rebranded in Innovation and Design Technologies ID Tech. • Working with Design House Office on creating 3D models using SolidWorks as well as creating 2D drawings and maintaining engineering documentation flow to manufacture and assemble products.• Working in the mechanical design part which is being developed in ID Tech based on the system requirements and participated in their verification with other ID Tech teams. • Working on reverse engineering using Mitutoyo measuring tools for special machine tool and its improvement to be fitted with new machines and product scope. Also, working on 3D Scanning technology by using FARO Arm and doing the post-processing for mesh files using Geomagic software. • Responsible on creating the needed CAD files including part and assembly workshop drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs). • Prototyping and evaluating the developed product through its fabrication using PolyJet 3D System 3D Printer. • Follow up the manufacturing process. • Working on the Die Mold Design with NP COD2E Office and sending the designs to the ID Tech MicroFatory. • Sample of projects; electronics casings, automated cooking machine, foldable bike, and face shield molds design and responsible for its plastic injection process.• Sample of projects; Sweeping battery machine, prototyping for medical devices, and kitchen tool wares عرض أقل
