      At a Performance Marketing Agency, I managed the following programs across the entire book of business:- E-commerce store management across WooCommerce WordPress sites, and Shopify stores.- Google and Microsoft ads management across all accounts covering strategy, tactics, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. - Delivering ROAS values that consistently exceeded client and internal targets. - Build both the plumbing for data pipelines to aggregate data from disparate silos into a centrallocation as well as create reports and provide analysis aided by robust data visualizations built insideof Google's Looker studio, fed via dynamically populated Google Sheets, GA4, Google Ads, and otherdata sources.- Develop an A/B testing strategy, and implement both a monthly and quarterly test across eachaccount for improving UX, Ad performance, Landing page conversion rates, Email CTRs, etc.Dependent upon the KPIs that are valuable for the specific client we're running the test for.- Develop and present reports bi-weekly to each client regarding general account performance, andgeneral website performance, as well as in-depth discussions of the A/B test data, exploring all of thehypotheses, methods, and statistical significance of the data components.- Dashboards present a variety of metrics including AOV, Orders, Revenue, CAC, LTV, ConversionRate, ROAS, Spend, Spend as a % of Revenue, and more.- Working with client marketing teams, communicating effectively to understand deeply the strategicrequirements needed by software solutions for our clients, and communicating these needs torelevant internal team stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
