      The Director Sales Operations (DSO) is Chief of Staff to the VP & GM. Leads the Sales Operations Team, Compliance Team and Program Control Office (PCO) and its Managers and Consultants in supporting various CTL programs. This includes, but is not limited to headcount and staffing, FP&A, DCMA/DCAA Compliance as well as CAS compliance and the 19 QGSI disclosures. Responsible for CTLs adherence to CAS 404 & FAR 31.205 for identification and accounting for unallowable costs and maintaining accurate forward pricing rates, defining direct vs indirect costs in accordance with CAS 401, 402 & 410 in particular. Manage support functions essential to sales productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
