Show less • Within a month of deployment, in Mar’07, was made responsible for providing functional support for the worldwide Intercompany Transactions system called IST (Internal Service Ticket) – this was developed in LAWSON’s (ERP) based web interface. Prepared and updated online training material used during deployment of the system. Based on feedback from users coordinated with IT Team to implement start up bug fixes and later on, developments and enhancements to the system.• Prior to above assignment was part of team that helped reduced Worldwide Intercompany differences from tens of millions of dollars to less than $10K. Involved in reporting of consolidated intercompany balance, area wide Sub Ledger to General Ledger reconciliations, coordinating the balance confirmation process, master data clean up, testing and implementations of new systems.• Started working with Schlumberger, in May’04, with a successful hand over of Intercompany tasks from UK based team to newly set up team in Dubai.
