Mar 2012 - Sept 2013Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Vice President Head of marketing for the most profitable casino in the U.S. (EBITDA 550+ million) with 5000 slots and 120 table games. Led all aspects of marketing including Advertising and PR, Entertainment, Special Events, Database Marketing and CRM, the Player’s Club and Loyalty Programs, Player Development, Asian Marketing, and Revenue Management. Implemented a segmentation strategy that dramatically spiked revenue on lower spend. Top line revenue up 13% or 38 million dollars and bottom line results surpassed all previous records. Assisted in the development of an expansion of gaming space and amenities to accommodate Asian and high end table game segments. One hundred percent ROI achieved in less than two years. As a corporate Vice President, participated in and materially improved marketing and other strategies for the five sister properties within Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock hotels and casinos in Florida. Property includes 1200 slots, 35 table games, six dining outlets, 100 room hotel, night club, convention facility and showroom. Achieved a 33% increase in EBITDA in first two years; from 17M to 23M. Introduced a robust entertainment and events program including concerts, sports, and trade shows. Entertainment revenue increased three fold. Implemented planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure greater transparency and accountability to the Tribe. Crafted a meaningful mentorship program for Tribal members in preparation for their participation in senior executive roles. Conceived of, designed, secured funding for, and supervised sorely needed casino renovation. Launched two new restaurant concepts that achieved overwhelming popularity and financial success.
