      Senior Technical Director for a Mobile Applications Development Team at AT&T. Our primary focus is to build intra-company mobile apps in support of over 40,000 field and center personnel. We leverage and create API's to extract pertinent data from AT&T systems to create and support native ( iOS, Android) and hybrid (Sencha) apps for our clients. Additionally, we utilize Agile Development concepts and methodology to efficiently manage our development lifecycle. Area Manager - Network Process & Quality. Led a team of web developers and Project Managers who provided rapid application development, small system support, and automation for AT&T wire line operations workforce of 40,000 field and center technicians and their management. Developed databases and reports to extract and derive information for operations from AT&T systems using Windows/SQL and Linux/Oracle. Sr. IT Analyst at SBC Communications (AT&T.) Responsibilities include the creation, support, and analysis of data and applications for field and center personnel (Data Analytics.) Developed databases and reports to extract and derive information for operations from AT&T systems using Business Objects, Windows/SQL and Microsoft Access. Extensive Project Management experience. Area Manager - Force and Load at Ameritech (AT&T.) Coordination and tracking of technician workforce and balancing daily workload for field technicians in the State of Indiana at a dispatch call center. Responsibilities included preloading installation orders for next day dispatch, tracking current installation/maintenance volumes, and predictive analytics to determine future volumes. Field Manager - Ameritech Telecommunications (AT&T.) Led a team of 27 installation and repair technicians in Anderson, IN. and surrounding rural communities. Primary responsibilities included quality and safety inspections, direct customer contact, quality and productivity tracking, and performance management. Maintenance Administrator for Ameritech Telecommunications (AT&T.) Maintenance Administrator for the Ameritech-Indiana (AT&T) Receipt To Screen Center. Fielded and administered Residential and Business repair customer calls and generated repair appointments. Extensive troubleshooting, customer contact, and data analysis.
