  -Recruited and assumed position as Maintenance Manager responsible for assigned engineers maintaining 3 Challengers, 5 Lear 31 & 35’s, and an HS125-800.-Also responsible for crew maintaining ComAir aircraft consisting of RJ aircraft doing 10 turnarounds and 2 aircraft spending the night that receive inspection and squak maintenance. N.B. This coverage is set up for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.-Set up and hired people to begin a N.D.T. in house, supporting our ComAir, corporate and airline contracts.-Oversaw line service crews and running of ramp services for Skyservice F.B.O. (elected # 1 F.B.O. in Canada past 6 years, ref. Pro Pilot)-Drew up and implemented the first budget for maintenance department -Avionics capabilities were added by recruiting and creating an avionics shop.-Sourced and oversaw purchase and complete re-building of an older hangar facility to Company Standards, also in compliance with Mississauga and GTAA building codes Defined requirements for a new 50,000 sq.ft. Hangar facility while working with the primary and sub-contractors to complete this facility to the above-stated standards. Also worked with contractors and tenants to completely renovate and upgrade a 25 year old 24,000 sq.ft. Hangar facility with adjoining 4800 sq.ft. office area to current GTAA standards -Worked with Bombardier to have Skyservice named as Bombardier Challenger & Learjet Authorised Service facility-Initiated maintenance service contracts with owners for Falcon 10 & Falcon 50, Gulfstream II, Lear 60, Lear 55 & King Air 350 while adding capabilities and personnel to support these aircraft. Under my direction the maintenance department grew 400% in three years while maintaining a 99.73% dispatch reliability on a fleet of five Lear 35’s which averaged over 1200 hours per year. The balance of the corporate fleet was able to maintain a 99.98% dispatch reliability world wide. - Show less
