  Providing Baltic operational support by managing the Operations department, procurement and administrative processes, and supporting marketing and personnel processes. - Daily management and development of 7 line-reports in Baltics, including recruitment process for 6 new department employees.- For increasing efficiency (2018, 2020) I reorganized the work of the Baltic Operations department and reduced the number of employees by one in both cases.- Overseeing of 600 Baltic suppliers and the continuous validity of contracts, setting up a Baltic regular supplier monitoring system and processes.- Improved Baltic procedure for the procurement, use and safety of company cars, achieving greater transparency, unambiguous understanding and cost control. At the same time, I carried out a Baltic tender and signed a contract with a Baltic full-service company leasing company. - Improved the Baltic process of procuring and using electronic working tools and organized a Baltic tender of telecommunications services. We achieved a 24% reduction in these costs.- Due to Covid-19 and transfer to home offices, I adapted the department's work processes, identified technical solutions and communicated them to the organization to ensure the sustainability of everyone's work and the safety of the work environment.- Management of the company's board and Covid-19 crisis meetings and communication of decisions to the organization.- Operations Department budget management and 4% cost reduction (2020 vs 2019)- In connection with the decision to close the company announced in September 2020, I developed and managed the processes of closing the contracts of suppliers in the Baltics, the processes of leaving and transferring employees, and the liquidation of offices, all tools and other inventory.- In 2020, 2021, I was awarded with 5 internal recognition awards for outstanding leadership skills and a creation of supportive culture while leading various projects.
