  Activities and Societies: I was an active member of the quiz team and have represented my college in many major quizzing events. Designed and constructed a robot for the “Get a Grip” competition held at IIT, Chennai in 2008, in which a set number of objects were to be picked up and placed at different locations. The robot was optimized for space and weight.

  Activities and Societies: Constructed a virtual environment and modeled an experiment to determine efficacy of haptic feedback in virtual tasks used for laparoscopy training. Data and findings from this experiment were submitted as a paper to the conference ‘Medicine meets Virtual Reality 2011’. CHAI3D haptics library with Open Dynamics Engine were used for creating the virtual environment
