  As well as my managerial and key holder responsibilities, I am involved with our Amazon storefront and company website. My responsibilities for Amazon include: printing orders, picking and packaging orders. Checking inventory levels and adjusting online inventory levels to stock levels in store. I have to re-order stock, that has been selling well and look out for new products that we feel would work well on Amazon.I am responsible for dispatching orders, and booking parcels that need to be sent via courier, due to postage limitations. This role also involves me responding to customer enquires, and sorting refunds, if this is required. As well as Amazon sales, I am involved with our own company run website. This involves me taking pictures of existing products (packaging and size changes) and new products, that need to be added to our website. This involves photo editing, uploading these photos and then working through a product file to ensure these are all added and updated within a set timeframe. As well as our own website, pictures of products on our Amazon listings also need updating, so that our storefront is always up to date. Show less In November 2015 I was promoted to Butchery Departmental Manger. I am responsible for all fresh meat ordering within store. I have to respond and order accordingly to suit different times of year, beit summer, winter, Easter or Christmas, to make sure I have the correct products on the shelf for the correct time of year. I am always shriving to make sure there are always different products on the shelf throughout the year, so I am always checking our suppliers product lists. This does involve alot of trial and error to see whether certain products work. Show less
