It was a PLC based Plant and the technique for production of acid casein was in accordance to Pillet , France. The plant had a flow rate of 30000 liters of skim milk per hour. Target related production and co-ordination during various stages of casein production was required as the whey was directly fed to the Ultra Filtration Plant.   As a Shift In charge in Malted Foods Division was initially responsible for observing the commissioning of three stage Dryer with internal and external Fluidized bed dryer and Mix Preparation Section with density Flow Meter by APV. Later was responsible for product trials and operation of the plant in my respective shift. Sections under my supervision - reception of milk, quality, pasteurization Section. White butter & ghee section, Powder plant.
