      As a Technical Officer in Casein Section I was responsible for smooth operation of the Casein plant in my respective shift. It was a PLC based Plant and the technique for production of acid casein was in accordance to Pillet , France. The plant had a flow rate of 30000 liters of skim milk per hour. Target related production and co-ordination during various stages of casein production was required as the whey was directly fed to the Ultra Filtration Plant.
